This End User License Agreement applies to a private, internal software integration (“the Tool”) used by Shell Campground to connect its own QuickBooks Online account with the Claude AI assistant, provided by Anthropic, for internal bookkeeping automation.
This Tool is not distributed to, or intended for use by, the general public or any customers of Shell Campground. It is used solely by the business owner and authorized staff for internal accounting purposes.
By using this Tool, the authorized user agrees to use it only for its intended internal bookkeeping purpose and in compliance with Intuit’s and QuickBooks’ terms of service.
This Tool is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Shell Campground is solely responsible for its own use of financial data accessed through this integration.
