CANCELLATION FEES:

Greater than 14 days from first night stay: $25 cancellation fee per each accommodation.

14 days or less from first night stay: Guest is responsible for 100% of balance due.

No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures.

Holidays and events may have special cancellation policies in effect.

Vacation Homes
– Greater than 30 days from first night of stay: $100 processing fee or 5% of total balance due, whichever is more.
– Less than 30 day storm first night of stay: Guest is responsible for 100% of balance due.
– Holidays and events may have special cancellation policies in effect.

Special cancellation fees for HUNTING SEASON (stays during September through November)
– Cancellation received within 2 weeks of draw results: $25 per accommodation
– Cancellation received after 2 weeks of draw results: Guest is responsible for 100% of balance due.

Please be fair to your fellow sportsmen. You will be asked to provide proof of an unsuccessful draw.

POLICIES:

Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in time is 3:00pm. Guests will be required to present a valid form of identification. Check-out is 10:00am. Staying beyond check-out time may result in additional charges.

Payment / Damages: Your balance must be paid in full upon check-in. There are no refunds for early departures for any reason. Guests may pay in cash but a credit card must provided for damages or other fees. You are responsible to pay for any damages caused by yourself, guest or visitor in your party. Any charges or fees unpaid upon check-out will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Keys: Please leave your key in the room or return it to the office. Lost keys may result in a $250 fee.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. This includes generators, loud music, etc. Guests are not permitted to run generators in the campground.

Cleaning: Cabins will be cleaned every third day. Do not remove the towels from the room. Do not use the towels to wipe up mud. You will be charged for replacement of any stained towels. If your room requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use (stain removal, odor removal, excessive pet hair, etc.) it will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour. Shell Campground reserves the right to inspect the room at any time.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor spaces and all porches/patios and will result in a fee of at least $250, plus the cost of any damages/repairs/cleaning and expulsion from the campground.

Pets: Most pets are allowed on property for an additional fee of $20 per pet per day. Shell Campground reserves the right to refuse a pet at any time for any reason. Undisclosed pets will result in a fee of $50 per pet per night. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and guests must pick up after their pet. Aggressive behavior from any guests pet(s) will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave and a refund will not be issued. You are financially responsible for any damage caused by any pet, including a visitors pet, in your party.

Grass: Do not drive or park on the grass for any reason, including parking your RV.
